La Casa de Bernice is a spacious and comfortable luxury villa with a private pool & pool table in the popular southern coastal area of Playa Blanca. It is within walking distance to Faro Park restaurants, bars and shops.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge freezer, filter coffee, oven, hob, microwave, kettle & toaster. The washing machine, iron & ironing board are in a separate utility area.

Bedlinen, towels and pool towels included. La Casa de Bernice enjoys a private garden and terrace with BBQ and covered area outside the lounge for al fresco dining or there is an enclosed dining room.  Sun loungers and outdoor seating are included.

The master bedroom has a double size bed, large, fitted wardrobes, tv and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite comprises of shower over bath, sink unit and w/c.

Bedroom 2 has a double and large fitted wardrobes & tv.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds.

The Living area has a sofa and 2 chairs with 2 barstools & tv with full package & Dvd. Wi-Fi included.

Additional bathroom has walk in Shower, sink unit and w/c.

The villa has a no smoking policy.

Children under the age of aren’t recommended due to there not being a fence around the pool.

This spacious and comfortable luxury villa is a short walk from the coastal path into Playa Blanca town centre. There are 2 small beaches close by (1km) & the closest beach with facilities is Playa Flamingo and can be reached in under 10 minutes by car or taxi; it takes approximately 30 minutes on foot.  There are other beaches in Playa Blanca…Dorada, Town beach & Papagayo.  The town centre of Playa Blanca is a 10-minute car or taxi journey. Arrecife airport is 40 mins by car.

Pool towels are provided at Casa Maelle and Casa Nydia for the duration of your stay.

Please be aware this is a family villa in a residential area and not suited to parties, young and same sex groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
