Casa Del Sol is a fabulous 5* luxury private holiday rental villa with pool. The vacation villa is situated beside Montana Roja, in the Los Alisios area of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
The Villa:
The two-storey private villa and private pool has amazing panoramic sea views to the south and west and additionally to the east the view of Montana Roja is magnificent.
A stylish villa which is fully equipped and the outside terrace area is quiet and peaceful.
The exterior of the villa is ideal for spending lazy days by the private pool.
Casa Del Sol offers a relaxing and special villa holiday, with the extra benefit of hot tub.
There is Satellite TV with all UK channels as well as over 800 other channels including many films (current and old).
The alfresco dining area seats 6, and internally there is the option of dining at a table beside the breakfast bar.
Additionally there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer. Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board all available for use.
The sea and Island views can be enjoyed from the both the lounge and outside terraces with Fuerteventura & the Island of Lobos in the distance.
There is also a BBQ for your use.
The local area:
The local area is perfect for cycling, walking with the coastal path a 1km walk away.
The area of Faro Park is a 20 minute stroll away which has bars, shops and restaurants, with the main shops, bars & restaurants of Playa Blanca being a five minute drive away.
Airport:
Casa del Sol is a 35 minute drive away from the Lanzarote Arrecife airport.
Pool towels are provided at Casa Maelle and Casa Nydia for the duration of your stay.
Please be aware this is a family villa in a residential area and not suited to parties, young and same sex groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
