The Villa:

Villa Coloradas is a lovely 3 bedroom Villa Vacation Rental with private heated pool and large terrace in Lanzarote.  Situated in the Las Coloradas district of Playa Blanca, on the edge of the Papagayo National Park which is famous for its beautiful white sand beaches.

The Villa enjoys an elevated position with fantastic views.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms, one of which can also be converted to two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite .

Additionally the Kitchen comes fully equipped including washing machine.  An iron and board plus a hair dryer are supplied.  TV with Full UK TV package including movies and sport channels.  The swimming pool is heated with ample room on the terrace to satisfy the most ardent sun worshipers. There is also the internet available and a complete tv package.

The local area:

Just a brief walk away is the Los Colorados shopping centre, El Pueblo, together with a selection of bars and restaurants.

The Marina Rubicon, which has a range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, set in a beautiful, setting with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

For those of you who prefer not to have a car there is bus service running into the centre of Playa Blanca, which is only is only 5 minutes away.
From the Marina, the town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 15 to 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

Arrecife airport is 35 minutes drive.
