Casa Llanos: 3 bed, 2.5 bath, and private pool

The Villa:

Lovely house with private pool, terrace and partial sea views located in the San Marcial del Rubicon area near the magnificent beaches of Papagayo.

The villa is very spacious with 2 bedrooms; one double plus en suite (bath and shower).  The other bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a family bathroom with bath and shower. Each guest is provided with a large bath towel and a small one and a hair dryer is provided in the en-suite. Downstairs there is a comfy living room equipped a with new large smart TV** and strong WIFI downstairs (weak upstairs), the dining area sits 6. There is also a 3rd bedroom which a sofa bed for 2. Additionally a fully equipped kitchen with Oven, 4 ring hob, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kettle and Toaster. Furthermore a downstairs WC.

The outdoor space includes a second dining area for 6 and a BBQ, large terrace with a private pool and covered veranda

There’s convenient onsite off road parking

Linen and towel change and pool cleaning are done weekly.

The pool is not heated and will be cool from November-Mid April

Smart TV has all the usual Apps such as Netflix, Disney and Amazon but guests must use their own credentials to access. An HDMI cable is also provided if guests would prefer to stream content from a laptop, including using a VPN to access home channels (for those of a technical mindset!)

Local area:

The villa is a 2 minute walk to the promenade and local shops, a 15 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina with its exclusive restaurants, bars and shopping centre, and just a few minutes walk from the local las Coloradas beach.

The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area with the benefit of being situated 100 yards from a good supermarket including a bakery, taxi rank (airport 30 minutes), and bus stop. Buses go every 30 minutes to the town centre and the trip takes just 5 minutes.
