Casa 29 on the fantastic Playa Real community in Playa Blanca is in one of the most exclusive complexes in Playa Blanca making it the perfect Vacation Holiday Home Rental.
About the villa
The lounge has comfortable seating, enough for 6 guests which leads to a bright atrium with dining to accommodate 6 people. All 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and kitchen lead off from the atrium area. The bedrooms consist of 1 double & 2 twin rooms. 2 with ensuite bathrooms & walk in shower.
There is a Satellite TV with all UK channels and over 800 other channels including many films (current and old). There is a games rooms which has both pool & table tennis tables.
The swimming pool is inviting and electrically or solar heated depending on the time of the year.
Villa Playa Real 29 has an outside dining area which seats 6 and there is additional seating on the roof terrace. There are 6 sun loungers for your use.
The sea views can mostly be enjoyed from the roof terrace which is accessed via a large staircase. With panoramic views of Fuertevenura & the Island of Lobos. Montana Roja can also be seen.
Playa Real villas have a community private gate that gives access to the promenade which takes you to Playa Blanca town.
There is also a BBQ for your use.

Pool towels are provided at Casa Maelle and Casa Nydia for the duration of your stay.
Please be aware this is a family villa in a residential area and not suited to parties, young and same sex groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
