The Villa:

This beautiful villa has everything you need for your perfect family holiday on the sunny island of Lanzarote. This is a private and spacious detached villa with a traditional Canarian landscaped garden, pool, hot tub, outdoor dining pergola and seating areas where you can enjoy your well deserved holiday.

INTERIOR:
There is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. This is a large and airy space with comfortable seating for all and is a great area for entertaining and family nights in. There are big windows and a set of double glass doors that lead out to the garden and swimming pool. The villa has super-fast and reliable fibre internet connection free to all our guests. The TV system gives a huge selection of UK channels including BBC, all sports and music channels, also thousands of films including box office meaning there is something for everyone to watch. The villa also has a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a villa of this standard. The kitchen facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, barista L’or coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and enough cooking equipment to please most home chefs. A door from the kitchen leads to the the utility room where the washing machine is located.

There are 4 bedrooms with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite, has air conditioning (coin operated) and its own double glass doors leading out to the spacious terrace area. There is a large family bathroom with twin sinks, bath with shower over, toilet, bidet, and storage cupboard.

EXTERIOR:
Lemon Tree has a fabulous large terrace and tropical garden area, featuring high walls which offer privacy during your stay. There are plenty of things to do outside including a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers (pool size 21ft x 13ft, pool heating is included for your comfort from October to April). If you fancy a break from sunbathing and swimming, you’ll find a relaxing hot tub, French boules court, volley ball, dart board – and even a mini putting green!

There are lots of options to choose where to enjoy your time relaxing in the garden. From an outdoor sofa, cafe style chairs, a quite chill out corner or the shaded al fresco dining area where you can escape the midday sun for lunch or enjoy a pre-dinner drink whilst the chef prepares dinner on the Canarian BBQ.

Local area:

It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk to the centre of Playa Blanca where there’s a large array of shops, restaurants, bars and sandy town beaches.  The villa is in a very peaceful quiet cul du sac and perfect for your relaxing holiday.  Off the road parking is available at the villa for guests who choose to drive.

There is a handy supermarket 5 minutes away and there is a bus stop at the end of the road.

Villa Lemon Tree is less than 10 minutes away from the Aqualava water park and just 20 minute’s walk from the lovely beach of Playa Flamingo.
