The Villa:

Casa Sandrine is located in a peaceful area of the La Goleta phase of Faro Park, just outside Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It comprises 2 Bedrooms, one being an en-suite and can sleep 2-4 adults comfortably. A cot and sofabed/Zbed is available for an infant and/or small child.

Spacious throughout and furnished to a high standard, Casa Sandrine is fully equipped and offers many facilities. Outside is a large terrace area and private, heated swimming pool, a perfect place to relax in the all year round sunshine.

There are two bathrooms, one with walk in shower and the other with a bath and shower. Both have a sink and toilet, therefore offering flexibility for families with children, or couples and friends travelling together.

The alfresco dining area is perfect for outdoor meals in the evening. Or if you prefer a more informal setting, relax on rattan seating on the shaded patio, surrounded by the immaculately maintained garden.

Relax and cool off in your own private, heated swimming pool, heated all year round to a glorious 28 degrees centigrade! Guests also have access to the 24m communal, residents pool (unheated).

The local area:

There are a number of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of Casa Sandrine and 2 supermarkets, where you can purchase all your holiday necessities!

There are some magnificent coastal walks close by for those who like to be a bit more energetic. A beautiful, paved, sea front promenade starts a short walk away from the Villa and continues along the coast into Playa Blanca (Approx 4 mile walk).

Playa Blanca is a very short taxi/bus ride away, where you can enjoy a wider range of facilities including bars, restaurants, shops, a harbour and some great, sandy beaches.
