The Villa:
Casa Bella is a safe, tastefully furnished, modern, two storey, privately owned Villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The open plan lounge has a contemporary seating area with no expense spared, providing free wifi and Satellite TV including movie and news channels.
The dining area has been extended and is furnished with a 6 seater, glass topped table. There is an enclosed Solana/utility room which houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board plus other essentials.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances within an open plan area which includes a breakfast bar, stools and bucket seats.
The rear patio doors open onto a newly refurbished terrace, gardens and private, heated swimming pool.
The outdoor dining area is shaded with a large, ceramic, oval dining table and a newly installed BBQ. There is the option of the more casual Rattan sofa and chairs with a matching glass topped coffee table. The gardens have been planted out with a range of tropical plants and trees with landscaping to reflect the natural volcanic terrain of Lanzarote.
A spiral staircase leads up from the lounge to 3 spacious, air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a new modern walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has twin beds rooms and there is a family bathroom. With direct access to the upper terrace which offers sea and mountain views. There is also an external stone staircase leading down from this terrace directly to the pool area.
Additionally there is also a private parking area at the front providing safe, off road parking for 1 car.
Local area:
It is ideally located close to a supermarket and unspoilt beaches. The Villa is within easy walking distance of the centre of Los Coloradas which is next to the world famous Papagayo beaches. In other direction you can follow the scenic promenade to the renowned Rubicon Marina. There you will find a range of high quality shops, tapas bars and restaurants and nearby the popular Playa Dorada beach.
Please be aware this is a family villa in a residential area and not suited to parties, young and same sex groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
